Aqua Jogger will be joining SUB5 this summer in its hydro-training sessions. You will learn the latest technique in strength, mechanics, and benefits of aqua jogging during SUB5's hydro-training session. We at SUB5 are so excited to bring this to you. :)

We have gained some incredible staff this year. SUB5 wants to welcome Meghan Braffet a former IL state 3200 meter champion, Stephanie Beckler currently running for Florida State, Diane Hiedmann ran for the University of Michigan, and Jane Howard, former two time camper. All are former campers of SUB5. We also want to welcome back Beth Bayser currently coaching at Northwestern University and Stephanie Simms currently running for the University of Illinois.

Lori King and Stephanie Madia will be visiting the camp this summer but unfortunately they both have to attend Summer School. We will miss them both!!
