Learn to identify your weaknesses and turn them into your strengths. What is stopping you from accomplishing your goals? Do you want to let little things get in your way or use them as excuses? STOP IT!! 

We help you identify those negative thoughts and turn them into positives. How you think and carry yourself affects those thoughts. At SUB5 we open that door no one wants to talk about. You face your own obstacles and you come up with ways to combat them. GET THE TOOLS IN YOUR TOOL BOX and use them right on the starting line, in racing, and in life! 

SET GOALS

ACADEMIC/PERSONAL/ATHLETICS

If you want to achieve your goals, you need to know what your goals are. This is a two day session to evaluate three very important parts of your life (Social life, Academic life and Athletic life). What you are doing in your social life will affect your academic life and your athletic life. Also what you do in your athletic life affects the other two.  Keeping all three in check is very, very important. In this two day session you will evaluate your life and your choices and you will set goals and standards behind them. At the end, you get a tile and on it you get to put your main goal you want to achieve in the next year. When you achieve it you get to SMASH IT!! I set my goal to win a national title in 6th grade when I was 79th out of 83 runners at the Junior Olympics national cross country championship. It took me 6 years to finally win it.

RELAXATION/

VISUALIZATION

Shoot for the MOON!! On night 5 you get to lie under the stars and see your dreams come true. You go through a 30 min relaxation program followed up by a 30 minute visualization program.  While doing this you put yourself into your race and feel and see yourself achieve your goal(s).

The relaxation/visualization program is one of the highlights at camp. Don't worry if you fall asleep. If you do, when you wake up you feel like you accomplished something. Your sleep takes you to your deep subconscious. 

The more you see it, the more you feel it, the more likely you will accomplish it because you did it so many times in your dream.
